We want you to be completely satisfied with your Markberg purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the products are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
